The facility was completed in 12 working days last month.
The GDV is forecast to be in excess of £30m and the development will be delivered by HG Construction.
The project will comprise studio flats and cluster apartments for 166 students at Royal Holloway, University of London.
The development will also feature a gym, residents’ lounge, cycle storage, landscaped gardens and quiet study areas.
